4. Payments & Billing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise

• Advance payment may be required before project start

• Remaining payments must be paid according to milestones

• Delayed payments may result in service suspension

Third-party fees (domains, hosting, gateways, APIs, licenses) are the responsibility of the client unless specified otherwise.

5. Payment Gateway Services

GUSS TECHNOLOGIES acts as a technology integration provider, not a financial institution.

• Payment gateway approval depends on the respective bank or provider

• We are not responsible for bank rejections or regulatory delays

• Clients must comply with applicable financial laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and materials remain Company property until full payment is received

• After full payment, ownership may be transferred as agreed

• Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Business information

• Technical data

• Login credentials

• Financial details

Confidential information will not be disclosed unless required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may involve third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment gateways, or APIs. We are not responsible for their downtime, changes, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

GUSS TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Business losses or lost profits

• Data loss caused by third parties or client actions

Total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments remain unpaid

Termination due to violation does not entitle a refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
