Since these are digital and customized services, they generally cannot be returned once delivered or initiated.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests may be considered only in the following situations:

Incorrect service package purchased due to system or billing error
Duplicate service order created unintentionally
Service marked as delivered without actual initiation

All return requests are reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Company.

Payment gateway setup and API integrations after configuration

6. Third-Party Charges

Costs already paid to third parties (such as domain registration, hosting, software licenses, bank or gateway fees) are non-returnable and non-recoverable.
