Payment gateway integration
Website & e-commerce development
Mobile application development
API integrations
ERP & management systems
Digital marketing & branding
Maintenance & technical support

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made by the client
Payment received but service not started due to our fault
Order cancelled by the Company before work begins

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Once development, design, or integration work has started
Custom-built websites, apps, ERP systems, or payment systems
Payment gateway or API setup after configuration
Digital marketing services after campaign or content creation begins
Delay caused by client’s failure to provide required information or approvals
Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, licenses, bank charges, or gateway fees

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

A project is cancelled at an early stage
Completed work cost is deducted proportionally
Administrative charges may apply

The final decision remains at the discretion of the Company.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

Send a written request via email
Include invoice number and payment reference
Clearly explain the reason for refund

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers

7. Taxes & Charges

Government taxes are non-refundable
Bank transaction charges and processing fees are non-refundable

8. Policy Changes

GUSS TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the website.
